The first stage is a 30 minute telephone interview and the final stage is a face to face at head office. The process from start to finish was extremely slow and drawn out. It took over 3 weeks from the date of my application to arrange a telephone interview. Then just under 2 weeks to book a final stage interview. The face to face consisted of a conversation about employment history, a written technical test, a tour around the building and a short presentation which you prepare whilst you are there. I completed my interview on a Monday and did not receive a response until the Friday of that week. The feedback was positive but they decided to employ several graduate developers instead of one person with greater experience (the two are not really comparable). Having read the other interview reviews prior to attending I thought that things may have changed since 2016! But that was not the case. I would advise that you do not waste your time interviewing here, it does not seem like they respect or have any consideration for people's time.
