Very easy very quick. They will take almost anyone on. They will ask you a series of questions that are pretty easy to answer and it only takes about ten minutes. They are mostly feeling you out to see if you're good at talking to people.

After being told that I was an excellent candidate and that they'd like to set up a second interview, the interviewer changed his tone, became cold and distant, and said maybe I'll get a call because the time he wanted to schedule the second interview for was occupied by an interview with another company. Just a moment earlier he was saying that he thrives on competition, yet the concept of competing for my skills upset him.
