First view is the Hirevue video interview , I like this option because it gives you enough time to think of your answers and if the recruiter feels that you are a good fit the next step is a phone call from them and set up a phone interview after the phone interview if everything goes well you will meet with the 3 leadership staff members. I had an absolutely great experience with interviewing with not only the recruiters, but the leadership staff also! They make you feel comfortable and they explain the questions very well. It didn't feel like an interrogation but more of a one on one just to get a better understanding of your background !
