Applied, got an email for phone interview with recruiter. After that scheduled an interview with hiring manager. As othere mentioned , the hiring manager was reading questions from interview and writing down my response the whole time . I didn't mind it. The manager told me , he would make a decision in a couple of days and that turned into almost a month. The recruiter was communicative through out the whole time . I just wished the manager made a faster decision on a candidate.
