She also asked if I knew the core values and wanted me to elaborate on which one resonated most with me. Left some time for questions at the end.

About a week after submitting my mock teaching video, I was invited to a Zoom interview. It lasted an hour, with questions switching between emotional intelligence and classroom scenarios. My interviewer was very kind and encouraging. I also had time at the end of the interview to ask a couple questions.
