The interview process good. I had a good conversation with the interviewer but she did most of the talking and she barely asked me any questions. i haven't heard back from them since then.

There was such a long interview process with 5 interviews. Met with the Chapter Executive Director for the last interview and never heard back either way about the job. Recruitment and the interview process need revitalization.
