      Entretien

The interview process was unorganized from the start. I applied to the posting on the company website and a few days later I received a call from an unknown number around 7PM that I did not answer. About 15 minutes later, I had an email from a recruiter at the company saying that the hiring manager wanted to speak to me the next day and we set a time. The next day, the hiring manager did not call at the time. He ended up calling about 15 minutes after our scheduled time. He said most of the time these were zoom calls, so he spent the first 15 minutes trying to get a zoom link from HR instead of calling. We ended up deciding to set a fresh time for the next day and make it a zoom call. Later that night, HR sent me an email confirming with the wrong time and no zoom link. I had to email back and forth with HR to get everything sorted. Once I got on the interview and we started getting in to the questions, it was very clear that the manager has a significantly inflated ego. This role is for process improvement, to which I have Six Sigma certs. He is a customer service manager. Every answer I gave was questioned in a derogatory manner. Most of the questions were extremely theory based (see question examples), but were expected to give a real life answer based on the company's systems, to which I know nothing about. It was very quickly apparent that this is one of those startups that want people to eat, sleep, breathe their product and not have a work life balance. It has only been a few days since I interviewed, but I will be declining any additional steps, if offered.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Let's say you start and I tell you that for your first 30 days I will give you 0 direction on what I want done, what do you do? How do you go about finding projects that need to be improved? If you narrow it down to 5 projects to work on, which ones and how? (Again, no context provided on what the projects were) Now you have 3 projects decided on, which one do you go after first?
