Entrevista inicial com time de people, e em seguida seriam entrevistas de desafios técnicos. Porém não avancei até a etapa técnica, recebi um feedback que não encaixava na vaga logo após a entrevista de people.

Question 1
We spoke about our current goals and discussed an analysis project we worked on with stakeholders. The conversation shifted to business-related topics and SQL. They asked how we would define churn and why customers might churn. We suggested comparing churned users to non-churned users and examining the decline rate within approved or overall transactions. They inquired if the decline rate being higher for churned users would be the reason for churn, to which we recommended checking additional factors, looking for correlations, and conducting surveys with users for more insights. Additionally, we proposed sending a warning before the last transaction and offering benefits to encourage customers to stay.
