Just FYI I had one year of exp.
1. First is test, which has basic c#, oops questions, and some sql queries
2. They will ask you c# basics and also intermediate level questions
3. Interviewer may give a program on the spot, star program any pattern, ask to optimize it,

3. One round with vp
4. Salary discussion
5. Very good offer (they give very good compensation if you are on notice period)
The first round for freshers is the technical and aptitude test, after the selection there are 2 technical rounds. Mostly basics of coding are asked also prepare to answer the questions on your project.
