I felt the interview process went very smoothly. I interviewed with the VP and then 3 others as well for this position. Feedback I received was very positive; therefore I felt comfortable and confident afterwards. After sending cordial thank-you for your time letters it was almost ONE MONTH later when I was contacted only to be told that I had the skills they were looking for; however, they were going for the other candidate. Only recently did I learn from a former HR employee that the reason I had not been chosen for the position was that I did not look 'conservative' enough for their 'corporate' image. What a slap in the face !!!!! I have never in my life had something so insulting said to me. I have been an Executive Assistant for over 10 years; and total Administrative experience of over 20 years. That feedback just told me that I wouldn't want to work for such a stereotypical company anyway.

Interview was not to challenging. Very direct and it didn't sound pre rehearsed. I was interred by 3/6 people I'm supporting. Speak clearly and confidently. I believe they are looking for someone reliable

Recruiters will help and prepare you as well. Its all about confidence when it come to BSAM. Have a neat looking resume

Entretien
I applied online and it took 2 months to go through 3 interviews. I had 2 phone interviews the 1st with a recruiter, the 2nd with the hiring manager. The 3rd interview was in person with the team I would be supporting. I reached out to my recruiter every week for an update. Two weeks after my in person interview I was told they would be making a decision in the next couple days. I waited another week and reached out to confirm what I suspected. I got an out of office email from my recruiter saying, "I am out of the office indefinitely, please reach out to my co-worker." I emailed the co-worker and never received a response. I clearly did not get the job but deserve the same respect I showed them. I started out so excited to work for Bridgestone but now am glad I did not get the job.
