Endless rounds, virtually and in person, including a work product that had to be done to proceed. People were nice but the vibe was very aggro and bro-y whenever discussing the corporate culture. There were also a lot of gotcha, nitpicky details on PMI type process questions.

Entretien
The process started with a phone call with HR to review my background and get an understanding of the role and requirements. I then had two separate rounds of video conference calls.

How can you apply your background in X to this role.
Phone Interview was approximately 40 to 45 minutes. I received an invite about 4 to 5 days later for an in-person Panel Interview that consisted of 4 people. Very fair questions applicable to the job description.
