Unnecessarily long interview. I was asked at least 15 questions that repeated the same themes, like prioritizing work, handling customers, and explaining quality and past roles, just phrased differently each time. The interviewer, Tabatha, came off a bit intimidating at first, which made me nervous. She seemed guarded, and I felt like I had to warm up to her. Don’t hesitate to ask a casual question unrelated to the job to break the ice. I wish I had done that at the start rather than the end, it would have helped me relax. Hope this helps you prepare!
