Entretien
Google meeting for 15 minutes. The interview was very easy with general questions about tutoring and background.
They asked about my tutoring experience, subjects I tutor and availability. The interviewer told me about the rates and what the job expectations are.

Entretien
It was a brief phone call where they ask why you want to be a tutor and what being a tutor means to you. They then went over what is expected of you and they sent a link to their tutorials and training videos.
