Took the time to look at resume and portfolio, even made copies to send to HR. Took time to learn what time of position you were looking for and your likes and dislikes about the position you are leaving.

Interview was combined for two positions applied for and a referral for a third.
Interview relaxed to more conversational approach at end with Q&A on both sides.

I completed a application online and the next day I received notification that they wanted me to come in for a interview. I was interviewed by two people who were very warm and compassionate.

A panel of three people conducted the interview, which was held after a short typing test. Interviewers were friendly and easy to communicate with. Questions were as expected, and I was asked to role play scenarios with clients at the close.
