I applied online and was asked to make a YouTube video explaining why I applied for BritishVolt and what I hoped to get out of the role. I was then invited to attend an assessment centre in Newcastle where everyone I met was encouraging and enthusiastic and the day as a whole was a really positive experience. The communication throughout the process and after the assessment centre was prompt and informative.
