Entretien
The interview process included a phone screen to share more information in regards to the position, a first interview with the management team and a final interview.
I enjoyed the process as I got to speak with different leaders of the team, ask questions and learn about different perspectives and aspects of the position.
They also offer a job preview where you are able to have a better insight to the history of BMI and their expectations. This was a unique opportunity that helped me better understand if BMI was the right fit for me.

Question 1
I was asked if the job description would be the right fit for me. Management took in my previous job experiences and noted that my last job was more physically active. They wanted to be sure that I knew the requirements and expectations and took the time to care and understand who I am as a professional.
You will sit at a table and speak with about 2 or 3 managers. Then, you will also sit with a representative and watch them perform their job duties. If they like you, you will go meet the operations manager.

Phone Interview from recruiter of third party hiring agency. Stated was a screening and would recommend to company. Questions and conversation was very short and cold. Never received any additional feedback,
