I overall enjoyed the recruiting process. I applied online and got an email two days later. The HR representative was very nice and transparent about the recruiting process. However, it seems they do not sponsor F1 students; they only handle H1B transfers.

Entretien
4 rounds of interviews, each with different levels of people. Mostly on zoom, last round in person nyc. Last round is with 6+ people in office. Extremely slow feedback and long process. Took around 3+ months and heard back 1+ months after final interview.

Interview started with phone screen with hr followed by several video interviews with members of the team. The interviews were easy going and not super technical. Very informative of the company and culture.
