Screen with HR, then in person interview with your likely boss, then offer from HR which you can counter but they won’t usually budge much unless you have. A lot of a particular skill

Entretien
Attended an open "job fair" and found the administrative presence very welcoming. Spoke via telephone to at least two contact persons from human resources department following the "job fair", and eventually was contacted for phone interview by interim department manager. All contact was professional and courteous.

All questions were straight forward. One of the contact persons asked for my lowest salary expectation/"deal-breaker" figure. I was a little surprised that the question came up so early and via phone call.
