Interviewed not with Brooksource but with recruiter for contract/3rd party. Had initial phone screen with a recruiter which the recruiter was very brisk and unfriendly. Felt very cold and emotionless. Had a video interview with the recruiter. I showed up 5 minutes early (as I always do for any meeting), and recruiter didn't show up. Recruiter emailed me 10 minutes later saying I wasn't in the meeting and sent me a link, which was 100% the same URL in the meeting invite. Then, recruiter tried to blame and gaslight me for being late because of "technical difficulties" and proceeded to 'splain how meeting invites work and also told me to use a headset (my mic and room is fine, btw). Found it extremely rude and unprofessional again. Despite that, we still have our interview which the recruiter kept asking if I have OOP experience, which was clearly written and noted in my resume. Overall, just an awful experience and 10/10 would not recommend.
