Applied to the position on LinkedIn. Someone from HR called about a month later and we scheduled a home assignment for 9 AM on Friday. They were supposed to send me the assignment at 9, only they didn’t, resulting in me wasting my time on my free day. I contacted them to get an explanation, and the HR I spoke to said she will check what happened. After that - silence… It’s just frustrating and disrespectful that you give them 3 and a half hours of your time for their exam only for them to waste yours and ghost you.
