1. Recruiter reached out to me 2. Coding challenge was given to me. I was asked t3 algorithm questions which I completed of the 3. 3. After the coding challenge I was scheduled for a technical interview but I didn't do well in it.

Interview was by an external consultant she was based in Washington state she seemed very good and was interested in the process. My impression it was a fishing exercise. They seemed to be looking at what talent was available. Picked the cheapest person
