Entretien
The interview process was wonderful. The interviewers were very considerate and asked me questions about school and my ambitions. The interviewers had great behavioral questions as well as great interest in my daily life outside of school.
A causal chat with a senior executive and the HR manager, plus a written assessment testing candidates' Chinese and English writing ability, summarizing skills and time management. Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must. Overall speaking, the interviewer does not pressurize the candidate. No hard and difficult questions at all.
