Had a screening with a recruiter that went great. Had a follow up with hiring manager that I also thought went well, and I really liked both people I spoke with. Then I was ghosted. They replied to my thank you email saying they would let me know soon. I Followed up twice after not hearing for over a week, received nothing. Very disappointing, i find it extremely ironic when a company spend a good portion of an interview talking about how well the workers are treated but then they can’t send a simple rejection letter to their candidates.
