My interview was very relaxed, (15 yrs ago) went through my CV was asked a few questions. It was the day befor the launch of Bruntwood WestOne Leeds opening I was notified the day after that I had been offered the job.

I attended an assessment day in Leeds which included different activities such as group discussion, presentation, written test etc. The assessment day finished with a 1 to 1 interview about the role and what experience I had.
