Very late for the meeting and complete disregard for a persons time, no communication on what was going on or consideration about candidates who have other interviews to attend. If you expect candidates to be early/professional/have a business attire on etc, the least you can do is be there on time yourself and practise what you preach as an organisation. If you want to see results in your career goals or seek assistance in finding your next respective role, this is not the company to work with! Unpleasant experience even at the reception/lobby area - loud, unprofessional and receptionists constantly singing/gossiping about members of staff on other floors in earshot of new candidates and the general outside visitors. There were other candidates waiting to be seen for over 30-45mins, baffles me how some of these individuals are even in employment let alone being successful at it. Avoid them like the Plague! Should be a crime to be this bad at your job in providing such an abysmal service.
