I think maybe the could add some more technical questions as it pertains to the job you are being hired for. I went to the company for the interview and had to wait for almost an hour to be interviewed. They asked me a few questions that pertained to machining. the best part of the interview was that the gentleman giving the interview walked me around the shop showing me their facilities and machines. he also showed me the machine that I would be running.
