I was sent an email to come into the store for a group interview, there was one other. We interview in the mall bench. The manager gave us some stuffed animals to hold. It wasn't a difficult interview, I was prepared to ask about customer service skills but it seemed that they were more looking for general people skills and wanted to know about our backgrounds and personality. Then we were asked to come up with a story about the stuffed animal we had. After the interview we were asked to fill out a questionaire was was design to see if you were honest or on drugs.
