Entretien
I applied online for this position via LinkedIn. Three weeks later, I received an email asking me for an interview - and to provide a few times in the same week I was available for a 30-min call. The email appeared to be generic and didn't have a recruiter's name or any other contact information. I wrote back with a few times to only get a response 10 minutes later asking for more availability the following week. I provided more availability and then got a calendar invite for one of my preferred times for the following week. Two hours before my scheduled call, I got a calendar update saying the appointment was canceled and a separate email saying that the role has been filled and that the interview was canceled. Again, no contact information or any personal context to it. It was a waste of my time because I blocked out the middle of my day to be available for this interview to only have it canceled last-minute. That felt quite unprofessional to me.

Entretien
Four rounds of interviews:
-HR
-Hiring manager
-Team member
-Upper Mgmt round robin
Based on the "S.T.A.R." method of question and answer. A bit awkward and stringent at first, but I got used to it. Interviews definitely require a bit of prep in advance, but they give you a cheat sheet to help.
