They just ask why you want the job and if you are reliable. No drug test, and they will start you as soon as you want to be started. Minimum wage but the pay isn't that bad if you're in the Portland area.

Quick, not very stressful. Don't be nervous. Just be yourself and they will appreciate it. Oh and big one PROMISE TO BE ON TIME/NO CALL OUTS. That seems to be very important
They were very friendly, and made it easy to answer questions. They really care about their people and their product. I was interviewed by the person in charge of the restaurant and another manager.
