It has been a long but helpful process to get to know the candidate and the company! There was first an online recorded interview process then a behavioral interview and finally a scenario interview.

Entretien
Six skype interviews each 30 minutes long with a mix of employees interviewing candidates. The interviewers included HR representatives, senior buyers, and VP DMM's. Overall the process allowed the candidates to get a good feel of weather or not they were truly passionate for the specific role applied for. The skype interview sessions are only applicable for candidates who are outside the tri-state area.
It was a really good process from start to finish. Very efficient and quick. The recruiter was in constant communication and never left me hanging. They were very upfront about the process which I liked.
