Entretien
Very well done and consist of two parts for the final interview. One is with a case study team, and the other is with HR. The case study team will ask questions about a document they will provide for you in advance.
Pre-recorded screening for 2 minutes per question then played two games. Questions ranged from 7-10 with two attempts. Straightforward but lacked human connection so difficult to not sound robotic and mundane.

Entretien
Online recording interview. Asks questions without giving proper amount of time to think and respond. There's still bias about being selected from other candidates if they do this kind of method.

Question 1
Describe a time where have a project but given confusing information. How would you resolve it? What was the outcome?
It was a 2 step interview process. First interview was with recuiter. The second was with allocation manager, location planning planner and HR manager. This process took about 3 months.
