Applied on Indeed, passed the assessment. Was passed over until I sent a follow up email showing my renewed interest. Called in for an interview, first with the GM who explained what the company was about and sort of what the job would be. Then met the two owners for a short math test and they asked a few questions about my resume and why I wanted to work there. Finished with a short 10 minute question session. Was given an offer quickly within the next few days.
