Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I sincerely apologize for what appears to be a bad experience you had interviewing with our company. The fact you identified we have trainees making calls is accurate on your part. We are taking chances training new recruiters during this pandemic, some of which is remote so it's not always ideal. While I understand we can't hire everyone we interview, our commitment is to treat everyone with dignity and respect.
