I applied online and received a call from HR asking to come in for a formal internview. I was interviewed by the Service Manager and asked to take a written test. After the written exam I met with upper management. The interview process was very easy and pleasant. We spoke mainly about the company and the job but also about non work related subjects. They definitely make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I was made an offer on the spot which I accepted. I did not couter-offer as I thought it was a fair offer considering my work history and knowledge. Later in the year, I was complimented on my work and was given a raise.
