The interview process started with an email from the recruiter asking me to answer some questions related to the job. The next step was a phone call with the manager. After that, I was scheduled for a panel interview with about seven different people. I appreciated that Butterball sent me an email with tips on how to prepare for the panel interview, which I believe helped me get the job. Before the panel interview, they also sent me a detailed schedule outlining who I would be meeting with, which helped me feel well-prepared. Many of the questions during the panel interview were behavioral-based, focusing on how I’ve handled situations in the past. There was consistent communication throughout the entire process, and my questions were answered in a timely manner.
