Entretien
The first step is an initial chat which discussed the role and what I was looking for and if Butternut would be a good fit. The next stage was an Excel based task and then following this there was a interview with a few of the Finance Team. At every stage the communication was great and I felt really at ease speaking with everyone at the company. A really friendly and refreshing recruitment process and special thanks to Lauren for all her help!

Entretien
First stage interview with HR. Second stage is an accounting piece of work to complete can take about 30 mins to an hour and half depending on experience. Third stage online interview. Fourth stage in person interview.,

- Technical questions on accruals, prepayments, double-entry accounting, debits and credits.
- Typical questions: why this role, why this company, what skills do you have to match the role
- Competencies questions: When did you go above and beyond, problem solving etc
