Very thorough and clear communication. They were kind through out the process and gave proper feedback rather than just ghosting. They responded in a timely manner. The interviewers were good and asked the right questions

Entretien
The hiring process was clear from the start, with friendly and even playful communication that aligned well with their brand. The process itself was extensive, consisting of four interviews, including a video editing task and a project presentation. However, every step was approached in a positive and encouraging manner. Instructions and expectations were clearly set beforehand, and I received feedback after each stage.
Even at the end, despite not being hired, they scheduled a half-hour video call to provide detailed personal feedback and genuinely listened to my thoughts on the process. While I am disappointed I did not get the job, I am grateful for the experience. They go far beyond what most companies do, making it a rewarding process regardless of the outcome.
