short and simple, the interviewer is not engaging and constantly looking out and talking to another person. the interview lasted less than 30 mins and no reply after that, the follow up and closure for TA can be improve.

The HR and hiring manager didn't go through my resume properly. The HM only told me my experiences were not what they wanted during the interview. Luckily, it ended within 10 minutes.
