The interview process included 3 interviews and 1 exercise.
The first is a phone screening performed by a member of the Operations team.
Second, is the exercise in which you're provided with a scenario, parameters and asked to expand on how you'd would take that on and outcomes you anticipate.
The third, is an in person interview with a hiring resource (an executive or managerial level person). This might also be performed as a panel interview with multiple staff members.
The final interview includes an example of your skills in use for the position. This might include creating a presentation. This final interview is also panel style, typically held with senior staff members, including the executive director.
PROS: The interview process was streamlined really well from an operation perspective. You can tell, they leverage technology to automate much of these processes.
CONS: My sense was that there was a lot going on at the organization, and unfortunately, this created some gaps in communication and confusion. So, make sure you're as explicit as possible in your communication and expectations.
