They were very focused on the aspect that the level of excellence was very high & what i am thinking of over achieving is their normal. cue for overlook in the terms of startup. They have majority of their documentation in Chinese and their leaders too. They have grown massively in the past but you have to be ok with the startup culture. Don't get swayed with their other subsidiary companies,
