Probably one of the worst interview processes i have gone through. Hr Recruiter stopped responding even though i was invited for a second interview. The meeting was rescheduled so many times due to poor communication with hr recruiter.

30-45 minute video calls over Lark with HM and technical teams. No pre-screening prior. Scheduling these were painless. Interviewers went directly into problem solving and alignment. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from the recruiter for a prolonged period.
