Applied online via Linkedin. Then had two calls with a recruiter in London. Then a call with an international team member. Then a very positive feedback call with the recruiter again. Then... silence.

What did you learn during covid? Questions were very general. Very little was asked about my experience and ability to execute the role. When I asked the recruiter questions about the role, the answers were very short and generic. It seemed like they didn't know the role well.
