Basically deep dive into what I have done in my current position, the role I played in the projects managed, etc.
Submitted resume via friends referral. Got interview very soon, and the HR was very friendly, helping to coordinate my time with 3 interviewers respectively. The entire process was pretty quick, around 2 weeks.
