I had a great first interview with a gentleman supervisor. He was extremely personable and asked great questions in order to find out more about me as a potential employee. He was very impressed with my background and experience. He took notes throughout the interview. However, my second interview was with two women CAA supervisors with zero personality. They acted as if they did not even want to be there. One woman even had a smirk on her face for the entire interview. They did not show any enthusiasm or interest in the person interviewing or the job that they were being paid to do for CAA. I'm happy that I did not get the position because I can't imagine working in an environment with such poor role models as management.

Submitted a resume & cover letter online. Heard back approx. 3 weeks later. Thorough questions & answers through a telephone discussion. Then agreed to come in for an interview (Thornhill, ON). A character response questionnaire must be completed online prior to interview. Conditional Offer of Employment issued pending a background check (criminal, credit, and references).
