First phase is sending the CV and resume. If you're selected for the next phase, you will be invited for interview. Last phase is coding task where you have to solve problem with any programming language.

There are 3 steps of interview by HR (basic questions. Tell me about yourself and others), direct user (technical questions), and management (country manager & program director). All of the interviews are conducted in English (of course, because you will work in an international environment).
