It was a standard interview process with a typical startup, seemingly focused on rapid expansion but with a history of quick turnover. Sensing it wasn't as promising as it appeared, I declined the offer.

Multiple emails with HR at first, then had Teams call with an HR person. After that went to the principals. For the final with the CEO had to complete a case study.

First was basic background information on my work history. Then for the final with the CEO I was asked to complete a case study given a hypothetical situation and answer a few questions on their offering as advertised on their website. Had to sign an NDA to get the case study.
