no contact for 3 weeks and then an email comes through requesting a Skype call. Interviewer was great and went well but process was confusing, no clarty as to what was happening, who my contact was and how far along I had got. Felt like a black hole at times. Finally spoke to someone who picked this up and carried it through.
The hiring process was very long; it took about two months to get the first interview. Then I got other two more interviews. The total timeframe was about 3-4 months.

Entretien
I applied online for the role and after 3 weeks I got a call from HR. Met with HR and the conversation went well as I walked HR through my experience and skill sets. Moved on to the next step to speak with the Hiring Manager.

They asked the usual set of questions but focused on reasons why I wanted to join the company and kept on mining that topic.

1 - Première entrevue téléphonique avec une personne RH ultra rapide -personne convient
2 - Puis entrevue avec le directeur du département qui recrutait durée 45mn -1 h
3- ensuite entrevue avec le directeur et un VP

en revanche aucun suivi / personne n'a appelé pour me donner une réponse / après les avoir relancé 3 fois / j'ai toujours pas de nouvelles - je trouve ça très ordinaire !!! je sais que le poste a été comblé.
