The experience was bizarre!
After applying online, I got an email to schedule an interview.
First, I met with HR. All good passed.
Second, the hiring manager was away so we had to wait a month for her. After she came back, HR scheduled the second interview.
The interview and everything went well, and they informed me that they would return in a week.
Then, that's it!!! Ghosted!
I wish they at least let me know the decision and feedback in writing. such a waste of time...

Entretien
It was good overall. Some basic questions such as, tell me about yourself - strength - weakness- what are you bringing to CAE. Interview is done with a director. Some knowledge about the industry is required to be comfortable with all questions asked. The interview was in English.
