First there was a phone based interview, very laid back and informal. You could ask questions. This was done by a regional manager. Next was an in-person interview at their home office with two managers and an HR member. I felt comfortable and welcome, and not overly threatened with weird questions.

Total of three rounds. First being a standard screening call followed by a technical and then behavioral interview. All were very straightforward and easy to schedule. The technical interview is a lot of going over your past experiences and how they may align with the role and the behavioral one consisted of the typical questions you would expect.
