Entretien
The first interview was an HR 30min screening. The second interview was with a 3 member panel of the team, but not including the direct supervisor. The third interview was with the direct supervisor.

Question 1
The questions were mainly focused on previous experience on the concerned topic, what experience I have with a conflict at work, as well as what would be an example of diversity and inclusion.

Entretien
The process was straight forward, with three level interviews. The last one was with the head of programs and country Director. The process seemed free and fair with the HR coordinating it.
